During the Spanish Flu they tried to infect healthy volunteers by smearing them with the snot of sick people with the flu. Every possible way to infect them was tried (rubbing snot in their eyes, mouths, throat etc). Not one of the volunteers got sick. Look up the experiments of Dr Rosenau during the Spanish Flu.
The model of 'contagion' used to dictate government policy in 2020 was based on a 2017 experiment by the BBC, Cambridge University and LSHTM involving 30,000 volunteers. They had the volunteers download an app to the smartphone so they could be tracked. They then created a 'model of contagion' based on the tracking data. They ADMIT this formed the basis of government policy in 2020. They even made a TV show about it ('Contagion! The BBC4 Pandemic').
The model they created from smartphone data had nothing to do with 'contagion' between humans (which is not a thing). The whole thing is a giant fraud. Humans are not smartphones ..... except that most humans ARE their smartphones now because they are so addicted to them and will do whatever their smartphone tells them to do (including self isolating for weeks when they are not even sick).
Expose contagion as a scientifically disproven theory and the whole thing collapses. Continue to believe in contagion and the whole world will end up in a prison camp.

Another potential effect is if this law is enforced to any degree in the next made up crisis, people will rush to leave NY, only to find the market will not be so forgiving. Who would want to move to NY and buy your home in this scenario? NYers who own will be financially imprisoned as their properties plummet in value, and worse than that, create buyer disdain. I’m also going to guess that as this further cripples the listing city, it’s economy collapses and UBI will get its first big rollout, combined w facial recognition to enter stores etc.
